1. To obtain the certificate of kindergarten director, you can enter directly in official website, Ministry of Education. Candidates must take exams organized by the Ministry of Education and local education departments. Teacher qualification certificates are uniformly printed by the education administrative department of the State Council and issued by the relevant local administrative organs authorized by the Ministry of Education. This certificate is applicable to the whole country.

2. Qualifications of directors:

(1) Love the socialist motherland and conscientiously implement the national education policy. Love early childhood education.

(2) The directors of demonstration kindergartens and township central kindergartens should have graduated from preschool normal schools (including preschool education majors in vocational schools) or above, have been engaged in preschool education for more than five years, and have the post of senior teacher in primary schools and kindergartens.

(3) Other kindergarten directors should have graduated from preschool normal school (pre-school education major in vocational school) or high school and obtained the certificate of professional examination for preschool teachers, have certain experience in pre-school education, and have the post of primary school and kindergarten teacher.

(4) Obtain the certificate of on-the-job training for kindergarten directors.

(5) Be healthy and competent.

3. The kindergarten director qualification certificate is the only valid certificate for the kindergarten director to take up his post. The state strictly controls the quality and requires all directors to hold certificates. Kindergarten directors should have the basic knowledge of scientific management of kindergartens and have certain ability of organization and coordination.

The National Kindergarten Directors' Qualifications, Responsibilities and Post Requirements (Trial) promulgated and implemented by the State Education Commission is based on the quality requirements of kindergarten directors put forward by China's early childhood education and combined with the current situation of kindergarten directors. It is the basic basis for the selection, appointment, assessment and training of kindergarten directors. All localities should take effective measures to make kindergarten directors strive to meet the basic requirements of "qualification" by organizing on-the-job training and daily political and professional study and work exercise.
