I've been learning and growing from omnipotent to being a host, but I don't know why my heart is always sour. When I first arrived at the gas station, it was Christmas and New Year's Day. Although the gas station also has a dinner party to celebrate, I always feel out of place. It turns out that the job is like this. I am very busy at school. First, the uneven quality of employees needs to be solved urgently. Gas station is the forefront of the company's sales, belonging to the service industry, and the quality of refueling personnel directly affects the performance of gas stations. However, the quality of employees in gas stations is uneven and their educational level is very different. College students coexist with people with cultural programs in primary and secondary schools, people with senior titles coexist with people without names, and senior technicians coexist with beginners. Limited by the current system, it is impossible to dismiss all low-quality employees and recruit a large number of high-grade talents. We can only try our best to improve this common phenomenon under the existing system and conditions. Pay attention to pre-job training, send poor employees and new employees to the training base for systematic training, and strengthen the study of employee manuals, including technical business, rules and regulations, professional etiquette and ethics. Employees should be educated, diligent in learning, proficient in business, strong sense of responsibility, good moral character, law-abiding, helpful, team spirit, and take up their posts after passing the training. After this training, I made a supplementary study of petroleum knowledge, got a basic understanding of pipeline storage and transportation, and got a deeper understanding of the company's operation.
