The engineering department is an important functional department of my project department, responsible for daily technical work and participating in the organization of construction and production. Its main responsibility is to provide technical support and management services for construction production and technical support for the decision-making process of project department leaders. Responsibilities of the Minister of Engineering Department: Conscientiously implement the national principles and policies on engineering construction and the technical standards, specifications, procedures and construction technology management system issued by the superior, and be fully responsible for all the work of the Engineering Department. According to the construction master plan, prepare the operation plan of each project, arrange the construction tasks of each ZuoYeDui, and issue the audit settlement task list and quota requisition list. Actively participate in technological innovation and correctly adopt new technologies, new materials and new processes at home and abroad. Responsible for providing monthly and annual reports of completed quantities to the Finance Department on a regular and timely basis, and providing the budget cost analysis table and relevant statistical data of completed projects.
