According to the information in encyclopedia, Dongcheng Street is a street under the jurisdiction of Dongying District, Dongying City, Shandong Province. Located in the middle and east of Dongying District, it is adjacent to Shengli Street and Liuhu Town along Dongsi Road in the east, facing Liuhu Town across five main canals in the south, and connected with Shengli Street in the west and north, with a total area of 68 square kilometers.

Dongcheng Street was established in July of 199 1 year, and it was divided into two parts with Shengli Town. In the early days of Dongying City, the Municipal People's Government was built in the east of the base area, called Dongcheng.
