How about taking care of your heart?
The first time I read a book written by Rinpoche, a multi-knowledge living Buddha. I was in awe before I read it. It is no exaggeration to say that people like me are lucky enough to read the works of living buddhas. The book "Managing Your Heart" is divided into two parts: cultivating your heart and moving forward, telling us how to manage your heart. In a stressful and impetuous society, I occasionally read the Diamond Sutra, the Heart Sutra or listen to the Heart Sutra recited by Faye Wong, but the purpose is always impure, not to cultivate the mind, but to deliberately extract one or two words that can comfort the mind, which completely deviates from the original meaning of Buddhism. Now that I have read the book Manage Your Heart, I know that you don't have to go with the intention of practicing, just go with the attitude of practicing. Learning Buddhism can get rid of unrealistic ideas in our hearts. Unrealistic means not giving up all our ideals, but giving up those ethereal and unrealistic ideas that we can't realize all our lives. Therefore, Buddhism can help us eliminate our love, hatred and paranoia. The multi-knowledge living Buddha Rinpoche told us why "everything is empty" and how to "eliminate all troubles" in simple and friendly language. Many times, when we can't reach the set goal and run away in front of our opponents, we are always used to comforting ourselves with the phrase "Everything is empty". Then this is essentially different from what the learned living Buddha said. The living Buddha said that we are "nothing", not that we can find reasons for our cowardice, but that we are facing all the sufferings in the world. That's probably what I said. Therefore, as the living Buddha said, let go of the fatigue of life. This life is just a short journey, and the five flavors are obviously complete, but this perfection does not mean that we should keep all the troubles and tiredness of life in our minds, but that we can taste it and let it pass quickly as we wish. Only in this way can we reveal the essence of life. When the pressure is getting bigger and bigger, the only way we can save ourselves is to read a lot of books that nourish the mind and read books that can calm the mind. We can read Buddhist scriptures by ourselves, but how can we learn and read Buddhist scriptures in our existence? In this way, "manage your heart", a living Buddha who knows Rinpoche better, is the best medium! No matter how bumpy the road in this world is, the road to peace is smooth! And this inner peace needs to move forward slowly under the guidance of knowing Rinpoche's living Buddha!
