I think we should establish the idea of service first in any work. On the premise of adhering to the system, I will serve and assist the manager to do a good job, actively participate in the formulation of various plans and schemes, make analysis and predictions, make reasonable suggestions, make accurate decisions, be a good employee assistant, and coordinate and implement the duties that every employee should perform. Assist the manager to strengthen management, do a good job of unity, unite people and boost morale;

Strengthen self-study, constantly improve business ability, seriously study spinning knowledge, set an example to do a good job, and lead the development of all work by mastering high-level business skills, high-standard professional ethics, teaching by example and setting an example;

Adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, reflect work problems at any time, and do not add details. Supervise and guide employees;

As we all know, spinning is a very important last process, and the output of spinning is the basis for determining the number of machines in each process in our factory. Spinning output, quality level, raw material consumption, machine materials, electricity, labor productivity, equipment integrity rate, etc. It also reflects the production technology and management level of spinning mills. Therefore, there is no doubt about the importance of the work of spinning foreman. Because I have no working experience as a spinning foreman, I can't talk about experience. Therefore, the mistakes mentioned are inevitable. Please criticize and correct me.
