Ma Dewen, a native of Tonghua City, Jilin Province, was born in June of19561,joined the work in June of 1975, joined the army in February of 1976, and joined the party in June of 1979. He is currently the captain (deputy military post) of Jiangsu Provincial Fire Corps.

He has served as a soldier, political officer, instructor of the Sixth Squadron and deputy section chief of the Fire Department of Changchun City, Jilin Province; Director and Deputy Director of Political Department of Jilin Provincial Fire Corps; Political commissar and detachment leader of Songyuan Fire Brigade of Jilin Province; Director and Deputy Director of Political Department of Jilin Provincial Fire Corps; Deputy Chief, Political Commissar and Chief of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Fire Corps.

From May 2065438 to May 2065438, +0 1 1 served as the chief of Jiangsu Provincial Fire Corps, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and was a section chief;

2011May served as the chief captain, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy military officer of Jiangsu Provincial Fire Corps;
