Li Yong, 1968, a native of Urumqi, Xinjiang. His father, Bao Li, is from Shaanxi. He joined Xinjiang Construction Corps in his teens and took root in Xinjiang.

Li Yong is the oldest in the family and has two sisters. As the only boy in the family, Li Yong was deeply loved by his parents since he was a child. However, parents behave in completely different ways. Mother is kind and gentle, but father is very strict.
