(1) Template is the foundation, design is the soul, and the value of template lies in unifying style, color matching, font and logical expression.

(2) the text is not as good as the table, and the table is not like the picture. Don't use words if you can use tables, and don't use tables if you can use graphics.

Skills 1 mask

The value of mask lies in highlighting the characters on the screen, enhancing the text effect and setting off the background picture at the same time;

Method:

(1) Insert the background picture.

(2) Insert a rectangular box as a mask, click the rectangular box, right click, set the shape format, and select "Solid color fill" in the fill, the color is black and the transparency is 30%.

(3) Insert the subject text, as shown.

(4) Add a small rectangular box to decorate the text.

Tip 2 layer

Don't think that only PS has hierarchy, and PPT is the same. The purpose of using layers is that if there are too many elements on PPT, the content can be displayed in layers, which is convenient for selecting elements, moving and setting.

Method:

Tip 3: Take color through a straw.

It is not difficult to get the color. Using the color selector, we can get any graphic color in PPT. For example, if we want to choose the color of the rectangular frame, we can choose the rectangular frame, then start, fill, get the color picker, and suck the color anywhere on the picture with a straw.
