China No.1 Airlines Guizhou Liyang Aero-Engine Company (hereinafter referred to as Liyang Company), namely, AVIC Guizhou Liyang Aero-Engine (Group) Co., Ltd., which belongs to AVIC Engine Company, is a national large-scale first-class enterprise and one of the backbone enterprises in the development and production of aero-engines in China.

It is a group company composed of Liyang Machinery Factory, Xinyi Machinery Factory, Honghu Machinery Factory, Guizhou Aeroengine Research Institute and Liyang Aviation Material Company, and it is a large state-owned enterprise affiliated to China Aviation Industry First Group Corporation.

Liyang company has the research and test capabilities of engine improvement design, and has the complete processing capabilities of forging, precision forging, precision machining, stamping, welding, heat meter processing, mold, design and manufacturing required for engine mass production. At present, there are more than 20 batches of engine product systems in WP7 and WP 13 series.
