"Cross strength", also known as four-sided strength, requires: blue sky above the head, yellow feet and elbows (hands) at both ends. In fact, it is to send the condensed force in the sinking force to all directions with the body as the center, which means that all directions are far away. "Wire winding force" is the power to turn the cross force around and around. If you want this force to flow all over your body, it will be continuous and will come out with the situation. Sinking strength, cross strength and winding strength are interrelated and inseparable, and they are not isolated, so they will show different functions in different situations.
Eight-pole boxing is about the power of "six in one". First of all, it should meet the requirements of "external trinity" in practice. The so-called "external trinity" means that the hands and feet are combined, the elbows and knees are combined, and the shoulders are combined. It is a small achievement to achieve this trinity. Then we pursue the effect of "inner trinity", that is, the combination of eye and heart (heart and mind), heart and gas (mind and gas) and gas and force.
