From 2002. 1 to 2003. 10, he was engaged in postdoctoral research on global rice molecular breeding in IRRI. In August 2003, he was hired as the second-class outstanding talent of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and engaged in the research of rice molecular breeding in the Institute of Crop Science.
