The village sells more than 40,000 paintings every year, with an output value of more than 25 million yuan. About 30% of the paintings are sold to Bangladesh, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the United States and other countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

There are 2 members of China Artists Association, 6 members of Henan Artists Association, 8 members of Henan National Artists Association, 36 members of Shangqiu Artists Association, 208 members of Minquan Artists Association, and there are 16 painting agents in the village. Representative painters are Xiao Yanqing, Wang Jianmin, Wang Peishuang and Wang Peizhen. Wang Chunli, Wang Jianfeng, Zhao Qingye, Wang Jianhui and more than 65,438,000 major painters known as Little Tiger.
