The discipline of economic law is the dominant discipline and key discipline in the Law School of Anhui University, which has been included in the third phase of "2 1 1 project" of Anhui University. As early as 198 1, 1985, 1987, Anhui University enrolled three graduate students majoring in economic law in China. 1998, Anhui university was officially approved to set up a master's degree program in economic law, and 1999 began to recruit students. 200 1, the discipline of economic law of Anhui University was rated as a provincial key discipline in Anhui Province. In 2008, it successfully passed the evaluation and acceptance, and was once again rated as a provincial key discipline (B).

After years of teaching and research, the discipline has formed three relatively stable research directions, namely, macro-control law, market regulation law and foreign-related economic law. He has undertaken national, provincial and ministerial research, published a number of influential academic papers, published many monographs and teaching materials, and won many teaching and research awards from national, provincial and national societies.
