Yao Jianming, born in Ruicheng County, Shanxi Province, male, senior engineer, was born in 1,1February 1963. In July, he graduated from Shanxi Institute of Mining 1986. In 2006, he graduated from the postgraduate class of coalfield geology of Xi 'an University of Science and Technology. Specializing in coalfield geological exploration, petroleum geology, hydrogeology, geological engineering supervision, environmental geology and geological disaster assessment.

He used to be the deputy section chief, dean and chief engineer of the 185 Team of Shaanxi Coalfield Geology Bureau. In March 2009, he served as the captain of 185 team, an expert with outstanding contributions in Yulin city, and served as the deputy general manager (deputy department level) of Shaanxi Coalfield Geology Bureau Co., Ltd. on October 20 14/October 27.
