There is no female deputy director of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education. Among the leaders of all education departments, there is only one woman named Wang Xia, who is the deputy secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Committee. Her main responsibility is to preside over the overall work of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Li Junfeng: Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Education Department. His main duty is to assist Comrade Wang Xia in handling the daily work of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. In charge of cadre personnel department, development planning department, cadre training center, educational activity center, university apartment development and construction management center, educational architecture design and research institute (educational infrastructure management center);

Lu: Member of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Education. His main responsibilities are: in charge of the Basic Education Department (Office of Language Working Committee, Office of Special Early Childhood Education), Moral Education Department (Guidance Office), Sports Health and Art Education Department, Provincial Audio-visual Education Museum, Provincial Institute of Educational Science, Educational Technology and Equipment Management Center, Curriculum and Textbook Management Center, Petroleum General Education Transfer Center, Xi 'an Middle School and Xi 'an Primary School;

Zhang Xiongqiang: Member of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Education. Main responsibilities are: in charge of teacher and teacher education department, school security department, provincial education loan and education project management center (provincial student financial assistance management center), provincial university logistics service industry group, and provincial university technology transfer center. Assist Comrade Yang Xiwen in charge of the education fund management office;

Li Qian: Member of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Education Department. Main responsibilities are: presiding over the work of the provincial examination management center. In charge of college student affairs office, international cooperation and exchange office (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan office), provincial study abroad service center, education international exchange association and education exchange service center;

Fang Guanghua: Deputy Director, main responsibilities: in charge of the Higher Education Department, the Research Industry Department, the Provincial Academic Degrees Committee Office (Graduate Work Office) and the Education Department of the Provincial Science and Education Leading Group;

Lu Liqun: Deputy Director, main responsibilities: in charge of the Department of Vocational Education and Adult Education and the Logistics Service Center. Assist Comrade Yang Xiwen in charge of the office (DuZhaShi).
