Li Shucheng, also known as Xiao Yuan. 1882 was born in Qiaoyuan Village, Tuobuluan, Qianjiang County.

From 65438 to 0949, at the invitation of President Mao Zedong, he attended the first China People's Political Consultative Conference and founding ceremony, becoming the first Minister of Agriculture of New China. 16 year old scholar

Li Shucheng studied poetry hard when he was a child, and was admitted to a scholar at the age of 16, which caused a sensation in ten miles and eight townships. The villagers praised him as a promising man.

Li Shucheng's father is a teacher in a local private school. At the age of 7, he studied in his father's private school. At the age of 16, he completed the four books and five classics and went to the county to be a scholar. In addition to teaching him to read and write, his father often tells him many stories, such as Dayu's three floods, Lin Zexu's ban on smoking and Hong Xiuquan's anti-Qing dynasty. These stories made him develop the idea of "saving the world" from an early age and set up great ambitions. These educations laid the ideological foundation for Li Shucheng to join the army and learn martial arts from politics.
