Without past mistakes, there would be no present success. People can't grow up and move forward in mistakes forever. They can only learn from their mistakes, start over and accomplish more things in a better way. If an enterprise does not allow employees to make mistakes, as long as employees make mistakes, they will scold them indiscriminately, and some mistakes, obviously not your fault, are to be borne by you. Once or twice, it doesn't matter. If you often do this, you'd better find another way out when you meet such a company.

4. Give you a chance to make money.

For us college students who are new to the workplace, money must be put last. When many of our college students enter the workplace, the most common mistake is to put money first and lose many opportunities for promotion and development. Therefore, learn to think positively. When you have the opportunity to do something, you will get more exercise. The more exercise you get, the more opportunities you have to make mistakes, but the more opportunities you have to correct your mistakes and the more experience you have.
