Chen Wenhua is currently the deputy director and associate professor of the Institute of Microwave Engineering and Antenna, Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, a senior member of IEEE, and a member of the Millimeter Wave Sub-Millimeter Wave Professional Committee of the Microwave Society. The main research fields include the design of high efficiency RF power amplifier and digital predistortion technology. 200 1, Bachelor of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Dr. Tsinghua University in 2006. 20 10 was engaged in postdoctoral research in the intelligent RF laboratory of the University of Calgary, Canada, and studied under Professor IEEEFellowFadhel M. As the person in charge of the sub-project, he has successively undertaken the national major scientific and technological project "Efficient Linear Broadband Power Amplifier Module", the 863 project "High-low Channel Collaborative RF Module" and the National Defense Key Laboratory Fund "Research on Class E Power Amplifier", and participated in several national 973 and 863 projects as a backbone member. At present, more than 80 papers have been published in international journals and conferences, of which 35 papers were retrieved by SCI and 2 papers were authorized by American invention patents.
