1. Introduce yourself

5. What UX metrics do you usually use to measure design?

Knowing how to evaluate a design and showing empathy is an important characteristic of an excellent designer. After all, good UX is a two-way communication, not only to bring the design to market, but also to use UX to help companies and teams achieve business goals.

6. How do you understand the user experience?

This question needs to be combined with your own design work to explain your understanding of user experience. As a UI designer, or a graphic designer, you need to consider many issues, such as related interactive logic, visual effects, user experience and so on. Only by fully understanding the product and considering the product attributes from all angles can we design a design that is more in line with the product.

For example, I think different products are different for different users, and the user experience we need to consider is also different. For example, when choosing a speaker, you may consider some problems that affect the sound quality, volume, easy operation of keys and easy movement. After considering this series of problems, designers will give customers a better user experience and let them choose the products that suit them from many products.

7. What is the reason for your leaving your job?

In fact, the interviewer doesn't want to gossip about the problems of the former company. It is not the job of a professional designer to complain about the shortcomings of his former company behind his back. You can turn the question into-what kind of job do I need now? That is, focus on describing your work plan.

With regard to work planning, you can elaborate your expectations around three dimensions: business, specialty and team.

8. Why do you want to work in our company?

The interviewer also wants to know whether you are interested in this job or just want to take a chance. Doing your homework will also make HR think that your attitude is correct.
