1979 represented jiajiazhuang at the national commendation meeting for advanced agricultural units, which was commended by the State Council.

1986 concurrently serves as the general manager of the village agriculture, industry and commerce joint company.

Since 1989, it has been rated as "super model worker", "excellent farmer enterprise" and "model worker" by CPC Lvliang prefectural committee and Luliang district administrative office for many times.

1992 was awarded the title of "Super Model Worker" and "Excellent Farmer Entrepreneur" by Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and Shanxi Provincial People's Government.

1994 concurrently serves as honorary vice chairman of Fenyang CPPCC.
