This paper points out that in the basketball game, a team is attacking from controlling the ball to finishing shooting. Therefore, how to reduce the time of each attack, increase the number of full-court attacks and maintain a high success rate is an important topic to improve the level of sports and achieve a high success rate. This paper makes an in-depth analysis from the aspects of attack speed and court work efficiency, attack speed and attack quality, attack speed and combination application, attack speed and psychological quality, attack speed and team fighting style. On this basis, combined with my years of teaching and training experience, I put forward the methods to improve the offensive speed of basketball. How to make athletes have the ability of quick response, strong adaptability and flexible technical movements has become a common concern of coaches, athletes and researchers. With the help of predecessors' research, we should gather everyone's experience, explore the history of the development of fame and quality, collect effective training methods and means, and improve the training effect of basketball players' sensitive quality. Through research, it is found that the role and position of sensitive quality, which represents the essence of basketball quality, has been gradually recognized and evaluated correctly, and has also been deeply studied and discussed. However, there is still a technology to replace the misunderstanding of sensitivity, without realizing that sensitivity makes the human body adapt to the changes of time and space like a ball, and make a comprehensive performance of completing actions quickly, harmoniously, accurately and flexibly under complex conditions, which is a collection derived from other qualities and higher than their qualities, and this synthesis and collection is exactly an indispensable factor in basketball. Another mistake is the lack of training methods. The textbook embodies the direction of quality education and all-round development, establishes the basic content of education and the norms of technical and tactical training, and focuses on designing the training mode of basketball teaching and training from the aspects of ideology, body and technical and tactical ability. In the textbook, I summarized the development of basketball in stages, highlighting the motive force and situation of the development of basketball in the world and China. In the technical teaching content, I added four elements of defending opponents in the section of defending opponents (that is, taking the ball as the center, comprehensively controlling and competing for the ball, people, area and basket).
