The State Council SASAC is a ministerial-level ad hoc organization directly under the State Council. Its director is a ministerial-level cadre, sasac director is the main hall, sasac director is the more important main hall, and it is generally promoted to deputy provincial level, while sasac director is a ministerial-level cadre. The top leaders of major state-owned enterprises have different administrative levels. For example, the bosses of CIC and China Railway are all ministerial-level cadres, the presidents of China, agriculture, industry, construction and communications and the bosses of China Post Group are all deputy ministerial-level cadres, and there are many state-owned enterprises at bureau level, county level and division level.
Sasac director is a minister, and its obligation is: 1, to abide by the Constitution and laws; 2. Seriously perform their duties and strive to improve work efficiency; 3. Safeguarding national security, honor and interests; 4. Obey and implement the decisions and orders made by superiors according to law; 5. Keep state secrets and work secrets; 6. Abide by professional ethics and social morality. Sasac director holds the post qualification of 1 and has People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality; 2. 18 to 35 years old; 3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC); 4. Good conduct; 5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally; 6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post; 7. College degree or above.
(2) The responsibilities of SASAC are:
1. Under the authorization of the State Council, perform the responsibilities of investors in accordance with the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and administrative regulations, supervise the state-owned assets of central enterprises and strengthen the management of state-owned assets; 2, assume the responsibility of maintaining and increasing the value of the state-owned assets of the enterprises under supervision; 3. Establish and improve the index system of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets, formulate assessment standards, supervise the maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets of enterprises under supervision through statistics, auditing, etc., be responsible for the wage distribution management of enterprises under supervision, formulate the income distribution policies of the responsible persons of enterprises under supervision and organize their implementation; 4. Guide and promote the reform and reorganization of state-owned enterprises, promote the construction of modern enterprise system of state-owned enterprises, improve the corporate governance structure, and promote the strategic adjustment of the layout and structure of state-owned economy; 5. To undertake other tasks assigned by the State Council.
