Huo Haifeng, male, Han nationality, born in Wuxiang, Shanxi, 1970 in March. Dean of the School of Science, Lanzhou University of Technology, professor (doctor) of the Department of Applied Mathematics, tutor of master students. He is currently the vice president of the Graduate School of Lanzhou University of Technology and the director of the Institute of Applied Mathematics of Lanzhou University of Technology. In June 2000, he obtained the Master of Science degree from the Department of Mathematics of Shaanxi Normal University. In June 2006, the School of Mathematics and Statistics of Lanzhou University received the Doctor of Science degree. He was promoted to associate professor in 2002 and professor in 2007. From August 2006 to August 2007, he made an academic visit at Arizona State University.
