I want to find out if I have been sued by the court. How to check?
This does not need special inquiry, nor does it need to be inquired through the internet. If you are sued by the court, the court will serve you with a copy of the complaint. So if you don't receive it, you really don't have to worry, and you don't need to inquire through other channels.

According to? Article 125 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the people's court shall send a copy of the indictment to the defendant within five days from the date of filing the case, and the defendant shall submit a reply within fifteen days from the date of receipt. The written defense shall record the name, sex, age, nationality, occupation, work unit, domicile and contact information of the defendant, the name and domicile of the legal person or other organization, and the name, position and contact information of the legal representative or principal responsible person.

The people's court shall send a copy of the defense to the plaintiff within five days from the date of receiving the defense. If the defendant fails to submit the defense, it will not affect the trial of the people's court. Generally speaking, if a person is sued, at least he will be notified in advance by the other party. You should know that the other party will sue you and follow you through legal channels. How could you not know that?

It is suggested that if two people have conflicts or disagreements, it is best to negotiate privately first. Because of taking legal channels, both of us need to hire lawyers and hold court sessions, which is also an expense for the other party, ranging from thousands to tens of thousands. It is best if we can talk privately.

Of course, if you are in a hurry, you can also choose to go directly to the court to inquire, or entrust a lawyer to help you inquire about this. But I suggest you don't have to worry about it personally. You have to worry about whether the other party will sue you. If the other party decides to sue, then as a defendant, you only need to take legal channels.

If this is just a personal whim, it is better to suggest that more than one thing is better than less, and at least receive a complaint from the court for handling. I can love life more and please myself more. Don't think about your defendant, it's easy to disturb your mood.
