He has been engaged in teaching and research in land use, real estate appraisal, urban planning and real estate development for a long time. The main experiences and achievements are as follows:

Since 1980s, 1 has been studying and practicing urban land economic evaluation and urban land grading, and its theoretical achievement, Urban Land Grading Rules (published by 1993), has been designated as a reference book for land appraisers' examination by the Ministry of Land and Resources. This achievement is also an important basis for the formulation of the national standard for urban land classification and grading.

He has presided over the land grading and evaluation in Tianjin, Xiamen, Jinan, Huangdao, Shandong and other cities, among which Tianjin and Xiamen projects won the scientific and technological progress award of the former State Bureau of Land Management.

Published three books: Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Development and Management.
