Guo Jian, male, Han nationality, from Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province,1born in April 1963, members of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He graduated from the Radio Engineering Department of Nanjing University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering. 1996 obtained the qualification of associate professor in September.

1July 1983 to1May 1988, teacher of audio-visual education center of Nanjing Institute of Meteorology;

1May 1988 to May 20001October served as deputy director of radio engineering department of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. During this period,1September 1995 to1July 1996, I studied all postgraduate courses in the Graduate School of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

From 2000 10 to April 2004, he served as the director of the comprehensive planning department of Chongqing information industry bureau;

From April 2004 to March 2009, he served as deputy director and member of the party group of Chongqing Information Industry Bureau.

Since March 2009, he has served as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Chongqing Economic and Information Technology Commission.
