After the founding of New China, he served as the director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China and was sentenced to death for corruption.

Later, Shen Yi was sentenced to a suspended death sentence and executed outside the prison. When you get to the military industry, you will translate scientific and technological information materials, while working, while transforming and turning over a new leaf. "

After arriving in Harbin Military Industry, Shen Yi was handed over to the Security Department of the Political Department for management. He works hard and the translated materials are of great reference value to the teaching and research of ballistic specialty. 1959, Shen Yi was pardoned and stopped serving his sentence.
