Yang Haifeng, male, born in May, 1969, Han nationality, party member of the Communist Party of China, with a master's degree, is a senior economist, and is currently the party secretary and chairman of Shaanxi Steel Group. Since July, 20021,he has served as the vice president of the sixth Council of China Iron and Steel Industry Association.
