Brief introduction of He Qiang
He Qiang,1born in May 1972, Han nationality, master's degree, tea-making engineer, economist, tea artist, national senior nutritionist, member of Yunnan Provincial Committee of Democratic National Construction Association, deputy general manager of Shihuagu Tea House (Kunming) in Simao District of Pu 'er City, member of Kunming National Tea Culture Promotion Association and member of China Nutrition Society. 1In March, 1997, he participated in the second China Pu 'er Tea International Symposium held in Lancang County, Yunnan Province, and exchanged two papers, A Preliminary Study on the Cultivation of Ancient Tea Forests by Mangjingmai in Lancang County, Yunnan Province, and A Simple and Interesting Custom of Eating Sour Tea by Bulang People. He has a practical grasp of the pile-fermentation processing technology of Yunnan modern Pu 'er tea and participated in the production of Bambilagou Pu 'er tea. And actively popularize Pu 'er tea culture among college students and the masses in Yunnan, and advocate drinking Pu 'er tea. It has contributed to the Pu 'er tea industry in China. He was employed as honorary president and chief consultant of Pu 'er Tea Culture Communication Association of Yunnan University.
