Male, Han nationality, doctor, researcher 1967 1 born in Jilin. Professor, Department of International Relations, Tsinghua University. 1990 graduated from the Russian Language and Literature Department of the PLA Institute of International Relations. 65438-0999, transferred to Russian Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia of China Academy of Social Sciences. In 2002, he graduated from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a doctorate in Russian diplomacy. In 2005, he graduated from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a doctorate in law, and was promoted to a researcher in August of the same year.
