You can apply for an internship in a hospital, and then ask the class teacher to provide you with a senior certificate, which can be delivered at the back of your resume. I did the same thing when I was an intern in my senior year, but I studied computer and could be admitted to a big company. The most important thing is your ability and attitude in interview and written examination. If you don't know much about hospitals, you won't gild the lily. I hope I can help you.
