Chapter V Transmission of Archives

A foreign unit must send someone to pick it up with a letter of introduction issued by the personnel or organization department, and the general letter of introduction will not be handled.
Twenty-second transfer personnel in the "file transfer notice" to request the transfer of files, must be approved by the head of the human resources department and signed opinions before the transfer.
