1983 graduated from College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xinjiang Medical University, majoring in traditional Chinese medicine. In the same year, he was assigned to work in dermatology department of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. At present, he is the director of internal medicine, dermatology, dermatology research office, teaching and research section of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery, director of master's degree in traditional Chinese medicine surgery, chief physician, tutor of master's students, member of the Standing Committee of Dermatology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, member of the Treatment Group of Dermatology and Venereology Committee of Chinese Medical Association, member of the Second Committee of Chinese Medical Association, member of the Standing Committee of the Sixth Dermatology and Venereology Committee of Xinjiang, director of Urumqi Beauty Society, and editor of Xinjiang journal of traditional chinese medicine.
