Wang Shichao, born in Linshu County, Shandong Province, male, joined the revolution in 1938, and joined China in the same year. During War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, he served as the propaganda minister of Lin Yong Central Committee, the propaganda minister of lunan district Third Committee, the newspaper president and the deputy secretary of Ganyu County Committee.
After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), he served as the propaganda minister of Binhai and Linyi prefectural committees, the first secretary of Zibo Municipal Committee, the secretary of Honghe Prefecture Committee of Yunnan Province, the party secretary of Kunming Iron and Steel Plant, the first secretary of Kunming Municipal Committee, the director of the Municipal Revolutionary Committee, the deputy governor of Yunnan Province, and the deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Sixth and Seventh People's Congress of Yunnan Province. Representative of the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, member of the second and third sessions of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. He died in Changchun on August 25th, 1992 at the age of 70.
