Facing the fierce competition in the insurance industry and the operating pressure brought by external competition, it is worth thinking and doing to keep calm, objectively face the reality and seek countermeasures, and launch brand wars and service wars with competitors. My considerations are as follows:
1. Go deep into old customers' enterprises, hire information officers and liaison officers in customer enterprises, and grab top-level business from other insurance companies to join our company, so as to win the return business and make the work of other insurance companies in a passive state.
2. The service is more humane and intimate. Facing the enterprise units, the members of the company manager's office carried out a contract at the beginning of the year for key enterprises in major systems and made several return visits, asking them to put forward their opinions and suggestions on our work. This move will be fully affirmed by enterprises, making them think that the initiative of company leaders to come to the door is the full embodiment of PICC P&C insurance quality service, and making customers trust our company more. In the face of personal business, salesmen can also pay a return visit and keep in touch. If they need anything, they can call home.
3. All middle-level cadres are required to go out of the office, all small and medium-sized enterprises must visit in person, all newly insured customers must explain the terms and promise the service items in person, keep in constant contact with enterprises, implement zero-distance contact, and provide services in all aspects as long as customers need them.
When the company introduces new products, it can take the form of product briefing to attract customers and really communicate with them. This is inspired by the company's launch of three generations of investment products. I was lucky enough to attend the product briefing of China Life Insurance, and felt that it was necessary for us to learn from life insurance companies and really seize customers.

Starting from paying attention to the investigation rate of the first scene, the company adheres to the principle of seeking truth from facts, being prompt, timely, accurate and reasonable. As long as you receive the report, no matter the size of the accident, no matter day or night, always insist on rushing to the first site, master the first-hand information, and strictly follow the fast payment process to provide customers with the convenience they can. 1. Now the scale of telemarketing business is huge. Moreover, the preferential margin is also lower than the direct selling business channel 15%. At the same time, the telemarketing business has many additional value-added services besides low rates. However, value-added services are secondary in customers' minds, and price is an important factor affecting customers' choice.
2. Now many insurance companies carry out telemarketing business. I sent a short message to the customer one month in advance to inform our store of the discount, and then called. However, there are also a few customers who will call to consult and give them an offer when they receive my phone call to remind them to renew their insurance. Generally, this kind of customers have received the auto insurance quotation of telephone sales a long time ago, and often just want to compare multiple prices. However, compared with the discount of electricity sales, the working hours in 200 yuan in our store are not enough to attract customers.
3. Most of the customers are not in the third district of Nanchong, and they are usually customers from neighboring counties or other urban areas. If customers just come to the 4S store to buy insurance, they will feel very troublesome. And the discount we give customers is not enough to attract customers to the store.
Personal insurance policy Although our quotation is consistent with that of the local insurance company, we also give up working hours. But some customers, such as friends and relatives, work in insurance companies, so customers usually consider buying from acquaintances out of affection.
There are only two companies in our store, PICC and Taiping. Most of the customers who renewed their insurance last year came from Taiping Insurance. However, because Taiping is not well-known in the hearts of customers, customers often choose to switch to insurance. If the direct sales channels of other insurance companies are insured again, the rate will rise, and customers will often choose the telephone sales business directly. Although PICC is strong, customers who continue PICC have already received the quotation of PICC electric sales before receiving the phone call from our store, and shop around.
Customers prefer to sell electricity. Our store can also underwrite PICC's electricity sales business, but we don't get a commission for making a single order, which also affects our salary income.
6. When our department just took over the insurance formalities, although the tasks were completed every month, most of the customers who renewed their insurance were mortgage cars, and they paid a renewal deposit of 3,000 yuan when buying a car, so customers unconditionally chose to renew their insurance in the store. However, since July, the number of customers who paid renewal deposit has gradually decreased, which is also one reason for the decrease of customers who came to the store to renew their insurance.
7. Self-reason: As customers receive many calls from insurance companies every day, our store will make another call to sell to customers, and customers will feel very disgusted. I don't want to get another call like this. So I seldom promote this kind of customers many times. At the same time, some of them are customers in the surrounding counties of Nanchong. I think the chances of coming to the store for insurance are very small, so I didn't call this kind of customers again.
