There are generally three situations in which the images printed by UV flat-panel printers have burrs:

1. There is something wrong with the nozzle state, which mostly happens in the fifth generation nozzle of Epson;

2, the ink quality is relatively low, not a big brand or imported ink;

3. The distance between the nozzle itself and the substrate is too large or electrostatic interference occurs.
