Three, organize the biweekly class plenary meeting, so that the time and place are implemented, the information is rich, the process is frank, and the records are true.

Fourth, often talk with classmates, understand the ideological trends of classmates, and take the initiative to contact the party branch, the Youth League Committee and the class teacher.

Five, regularly check and supervise the completion of the work of the League branch committee, and cooperate with and support the work of each branch committee.

Six, in conjunction with other branch committees, carefully organize and carry out political and ideological study and education activities, and advocate students to become civilized citizens and civilized college students.

Seven, to participate in the class cadres duty week activities.

Job selection

The secretary and deputy secretary of the League branch are generally elected by the newly elected members of the League members' meeting, and the branch with a large number can also be elected by the League branch committee, while the secretary and deputy secretary of the League branch without a committee are elected by the League members' meeting.

Grass-roots units, with the approval of the superior Communist Youth League Committee or the township (street) Communist Youth League Committee, hold a general meeting of members and elect the secretary of the Communist Youth League branch Committee or the Communist Youth League branch without a Committee. The secretary of the temporary League branch shall be designated by the League organization that approved its establishment.

Party organizations at the same level and league organizations at higher levels should combine the actual situation in different fields, highlight political standards, and adopt various ways to select qualified young party member and outstanding league members as the secretary of the League branch.

For the League branch without suitable candidates, after consultation with the party organizations at the same level, the higher-level league organizations may select the secretary of the League branch. If the secretary of the League branch is vacant, a by-election should be held in time. When it is really necessary, the Party organizations at the same level and the League organizations at higher levels can jointly study and appoint the person in charge of the League branch.
