Since 2000, he has been engaged in the research of educational policy and law and educational economics. From 2000 to 2003, she studied for a master's degree in law at the School of Law and Politics of East China Normal University in Shanghai. Her research interests are government administrative reform and regional human resource management. From 2003 to 2006, I studied for a doctorate in management at the School of Education and Management of Beijing Normal University, focusing on theoretical issues in the relationship between schools and the government, the market and society, and policy issues such as education fees. In 2004, he participated in the research of "Governing Unreasonable Fees of Education" in six provinces and cities of the Ministry of Education. In 2005, the proposal that the provincial government should determine the charging items and standards of compulsory education in this region was adopted by the Ministry of Education, and some research contents were published in the Green Paper on Education Development in China in 2005. In 2005, the third issue of 2006, the copy material of the National People's Congress, System Reform, reprinted the article "Investigation on School Fees", and the view of restricting the legal person qualification of public primary and secondary schools (especially restricting the ability of bank loans) has attracted the attention of academia and the government.
