Pan Qinmeng (1911.7-1982.9), also known as Zhu Xin, was born in Yixing, Jiangsu, at the age of 72. Jun was originally from Yixing. In the old days, Yixing Shanjuanhou Cave was not far from Bixian Temple. There is a small building at the entrance of the middle cave, originally called Zhu Yingtai Pavilion. The hall was named Nest Virtual Hall, and the plaque was also inscribed by Qin Meng. After liberation, he was engaged in publishing, successively serving as Shanghai People's Publishing House, Fine Arts Publishing House and the editorial department of Cihai. He has compiled a variety of cartoons such as Dream of Red Embracing, Lin Hai Xue Yuan and so on.
