As a writer, Zhang Xianliang accumulated the experience of market economy by establishing and managing the western cinema in Zhenbeibao, and reached the conclusion that "culture is the second productive force". The success of Zhenbeibao western cinema proves that culture is also an important means to generate high added value after science and technology, which provides another example for China to strengthen the construction of cultural industry and the development of the western region. At the Peking University International MBA Forum, Zhang Xianliang was invited to give a speech on "Secrets of Enterprise Management in Western China", introducing the experience of how to manage enterprises in the investment environment of relatively backward economy and low quality of workers in western China. 1997, Zhang Xianliang published a 200,000-word literary and political essay "Novel China", expounding the idea of public ownership economic system reform: "workers have their capital", "rehabilitate capitalism", socialize private property, and boldly put forward "Long live private ownership" for the first time, which has a wide influence on readers, and clearly stipulates in the Constitution that private property is subject to the legitimacy of our country.

Zhang Xianliang is currently a member of the Presidium of Chinese Writers Association, honorary chairman of Ningxia Federation of Literary and Art Circles, honorary chairman of Ningxia Writers Association and member of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He was re-elected as a member of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, enjoying special allowance from the State Council, and was awarded the title of "Intellectual with Special Contribution" in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. I won the honorary award of "Outstanding Individual Contributing to Building an Excellent Tourism City" in Yinchuan City, one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Persons in China Cultural Industry" by the Ministry of Culture of China, and the "Special Contribution Award of Hope Project". In 2008, it was rated as "Top Ten Charities in China", "Top Ten Collectors in China", "Top Ten Intellectuals in China", "People who have influenced Ningxia for 50 years" and "Ningxia Charity Ambassador" 20 10.

Since 20 10, Mr. Zhang Xianliang has donated 150 to1800,000 yuan every year to carry out "life-saving action" for poor patients in Ningxia.
