Zeng Butab, legal adviser to the President of Mongolia, believes that the cooperation between China and Mongolia in various fields is expanding, and it is reasonable for Gobi Province of China and Mongolia to establish long-term friendly and cooperative relations with Hohhot on the basis of mutual benefit.

China and Mongolia are linked by mountains and rivers, and friendly relations have been continuously consolidated and strengthened in recent years. Since Ulaanbaatar and Hohhot established sister cities 15, mutual exchanges and friendly cooperation between the two cities have been continuously strengthened.
