Li Huchen (1889- 1954), formerly known as Bing Xin, was born in real words, and later renamed Yunlong, with the word Huchen. A native of Lintong, Shaanxi (now Lintong District, xi), he was a general of the Republic of China and a swordsman. He participated in the Revolution of 1911 in his early years and later entered the Hu Jingyi Department. Successive brigade commander, Shaanxi military affairs deputy. Together with Yang Hucheng, he created the military legend of "two tigers guarding the security". 1930 served as the commander of the new third division of the army. Later, because he didn't want to "suppress the Communist Party", he abandoned his post and lived in Shanghai, Tianjin and Han successively. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as a member of Shaanxi Provisional Senate. Later, Lintong County was peacefully liberated. After the founding of New China in 38, he served as a member of the Shaanxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference. 1954 12 died in Xi 'an.
