Brief introduction of Shanghai female writers
Wang Anyi, a famous contemporary writer. /kloc-0 was born in Nanjing in 1954,/kloc-0 went to Shanghai with his mother in 1955,/kloc-0 jumped the queue in Anhui in 1970,/kloc-0 was admitted to Xuzhou Culture and Art Troupe in 1972,/kloc-0 was transferred to Shanghai as the novel editor of Childhood in 1978,/kloc-0.

Since 1977, more than 70 short stories, 30 novellas, 7 novels and several essays and literary theories have been published, totaling 4 million words. Representative works include Rain, sasha vujacic, Train Terminal, Love in a Small Town, Gone, Xiaobaozhuang, I Love Bill, Sixty-ninth Junior High School Students, Fuping, Song of Eternal Sorrow and so on. Among them, The Terminal of the Train won the National Short Story Award, A Paragraph and Xiao Bao Zhuang won the National Novelette Award, and Song of Eternal Sorrow won the Fifth Mao Dun Literature Award. Some works have been translated into English, French, German, Dutch, Japanese and Korean.

Wang Anyi is currently the chairman of Shanghai Writers Association.
