Yan Jiemin, 1968 10 was born in Hangzhou on October 5th. He began to learn erhu at the age of six, studied under Sun Yurong at the age of eight, and was admitted to Shanghai Conservatory of Music at the age of ten.

I studied under Professor Chen Dacan and Professor Wang Yi when I was a primary school student in the attached middle school. He graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music, majoring in erhu and composition, and studied under Professor Wang Guotong and Professor Xu Zhenmin respectively.

As early as 1982, he won the first prize in the National Youth National Instrumental Music Solo Competition, the second prize in the Erhu Youth Professional Group of the Art Cup International Instrumental Competition in 1989, and the first prize in the Taipei International National Instrumental Music Concert Competition in 1994. In 2002, he was awarded the 8th National Young College Teacher Award by Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation. In 2004, he was selected as the first batch of "Outstanding Talents Support Program in the New Century" by the Ministry of Education. In composition, 1990 won the Art Song Creation Award of the Central Conservatory of Music. And successfully held a symphony concert in Beijing Concert Hall on 199 1.

Yan Jiemin recorded a large number of audio-visual products, and successively published erhu solo CD albums such as Butterfly Lovers, Song Zhengqi, Fantasia of Sanmenxia, Shepherdess, Yan Jiemin Erhu Solo Concert (Live Edition), erhu graded tutoring vcd, and national symphony collections such as Fire Sacrifice.
