Immature rice banana is turquoise in color, mature rice banana is bright yellow, just mature rice banana will have a little brown spots, and the pulp color is white with light yellow. However, when the banana is immature and just ripe, it still has a relatively dull gray and yellow color in most cases. Mature bananas generally don't look like bananas with brown spots, and the pulp color is generally milky white.

When buying bananas, don't choose the ones with fresh colors and complete skin without spots. Most of these bananas are not completely cooked, the meat is hard, and they taste a little astringent, so the original aroma of bananas can't be completely emitted.
