Han Xizeng 1959 graduated from Xingtai No.1 Middle School. He can't go to college because of his poor health. He worked as a temporary worker in the cinema 12 painting posters. 1972 began to create formally, and has created nearly 100 Chinese paintings, cartoons, posters and New Year pictures. 1978 was accepted as a member of China Artists Association. 1980 was admitted to the New Year cartoon research class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Learn from Professor Yang Rang and Professor Yang Rang. 1982 graduated, voluntarily gave up the opportunity to stay in Beijing, and asked to return to Xingtai to work and continue to explore the art road. Participated in the sixth, seventh and eighth sessions. 1990, "Han Xi Zeng Gu Myth Art Exhibition" was held in the exhibition hall of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and the article "Literary and Art Newspaper" said "Creating a New World" and the magazine "Artist" of Taiwan Province Province opened a column to introduce it.

Mr. Han returned to Xingtai after graduation for several years, mainly engaged in the creation of New Year pictures. His brush New Year pictures are quite influential all over the country. He is the only graduate student of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. After years of painstaking research, his brush New Year pictures have achieved high artistic achievements and won many national awards. China Fine Arts Research Association hired Mr. Han as a researcher, and the famous Kaifeng Zhuxian Town Painting Academy hired him as honorary dean. He has served as the vice chairman of Hebei Artists Association for 20 years and is one of the few national first-class artists who enjoy the special allowance of the State Council. 1978, the comic book "People's Good Prime Minister" created by him and Shi was published, and it was permanently collected by the memorial hall. The new year picture Tiger was published by Taiwan Province Lion magazine, which caused a sensation and attracted several collectors in Taiwan Province province. Crossing the Yellow River won the third prize of the National New Year Picture. With the prosperity of the cultural art market in recent years, many collectors compete for high-priced collections. At the "Beijing Brilliance 20 1 1 Spring Auction" held in Beijing, the hand-drawn sketch "People's Good Prime Minister" (original) jointly created by Mr. Han Heezen and Mr. Shi was auctioned at a high price of 470,000 yuan.
