In the early stage, according to the relevant work requirements of the county poverty alleviation office and the choice of the town poverty alleviation and development leading group, a special action of "visiting and verifying" was carried out in our town. The progress environment of "full inspection" in our town is summarized as follows:

Since the launch of the activity, our town has attached great importance to this work, improved the docking mechanism, and reversed the task progress. On xx, xx, xx, a working group for special activities of "visiting and inspecting" was established, and three personnel with strong professional ability and strong sense of responsibility were transferred to form three visiting and inspecting working groups with the staff of the Poverty Alleviation Office. Comrade Sun Hongjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Comrade Han Kunsheng, Minister of Armed Forces, led a team to help 687 poor households and 1302 people enjoying the policy in the town.

This visit is divided into three stages: basic preparation, home visit and summary and classification, and has now entered the second stage. Since our town has established the family files of each household in the dynamic adjustment work at the end of 20 18, covering the income environment and all the corresponding supporting materials, in this work, we mainly verify the implementation environment of the policy. According to the actual work in our town, the "Discussion Outline for Poor Households in XX Town" was compiled, covering 36 issues in six categories, such as basic environment, policy implementation, two worries and three guarantees, five connections and ten things, descendants of households, and judgment results. We made a summary table of 7 1 to sponsor the working group to fully understand the basic situation of controlling poor households and reflect in detail the current needs of poor people and the environment for policy implementation. During the visit, we can refer to the problems reflected in the outline one by one.

Our town adopts the method of "one day's home visit and one day's summary". Three days before work, we visited 38 poor households in a community. Each working group used the noon time to discuss, and by summarizing and comparing the visiting environment and opinions of each group, the policies were clarified and the standards were unified, which laid a superior foundation for further follow-up work. As of xx, the visiting group has visited three communities 127 households. During the follow-up visit, our town will split the working group again to increase the number of working groups and improve the efficiency of the visit.
