The performance ledger includes the completion of civil servants' special tasks or annual tasks. According to the relevant public information, we actively explore the scientific cadre management mode, and establish four accounts for cadre assessment management, namely, work performance account, cadre style account, work log account and study note account, which realizes the transformation from human management to system management.
