Liu Lingbing, the company commander, captured Guyuan and captured He Hongqi alive. Mad was captured and killed by Ma Ning. 1648 (five years of Shunzhi), Milla Yin and Guodong Ding rebelled in Lanzhou and captured Lintao. Zhang Yong and Chen Wanliu led the army to attack, defeated the rebels, recovered Lintao, and drove the rebels to Zhou Min (now Min County, Gansu Province). Later, Zhang Yong captured Wang Zhu alive, and Milla Yin and Guodong Ding fled to Ganzhou (now Zhangye, Gansu).
Soon, Zhang Yong joined forces with Meng Qiaofang, crossed the river to the west, and arrived in Ganzhou in August to besiege the rebels. 1649 (the sixth year of Shunzhi), in the first month, the South Chief of the General Troops seized the city gate, and Zhang Yong was able to enter the city and fight with the rebels in the street. The insurgents were defeated, Milla Yin was killed, and Guodong Ding fled to Suzhou (now Jiuquan, Gansu).
In May, Zhang Yongbing came to Suzhou and besieged the rebels in the city. In December, Zhang Yong and Ma Ning attacked Suzhou and killed Guodong Ding. In order to reward Zhang Yong's contribution, the Qing court promoted him to Gansu company commanders. 1653 (ten years of Shunzhi), Zhang Yong was awarded the third-class Adahafan (China people are third-class captains, so there is no need for ostentation and extravagance). At this point, Hong Chengchou, a university student, was ordered to govern Huguang, and Zhang Yong requested the army's effectiveness in the above table and was called to the capital. Hong Chengchou recommended him as the company commander of Youqi on the grounds that "Zhang Yong is both wise and brave, and his troops are well trained". Soon, Zhang Yong entered the palace to play the right, was given a crown, armor, bows and arrows, and sealed the right governor.
When Zhang Yong left, the emperor shunzhi sent a message: "In today's world, there are very few good generals like Zhang Yong. Military affairs should not be speculated and estimated without foundation, but should be observed and handled flexibly. Never be arrogant and underestimate your enemy. " Zhang Yong went to the front, worked for Hong Chengchou, and repeatedly defeated the Ming army.
1658 (15th year of Shunzhi), Zhang Yong attacked Guizhou, and Luo Dashun, the general of Nanming, set fire to Xintianwei (now Wudang, Guizhou) and defeated Million Creeks (now Kaiyang, Guizhou). Zhang Yong led the army to fight the Red War, defeated Luo Dashun, and then attacked Yunnan with the county king Doni and stationed in Panjiang.
At that time, in order to stop the Qing army, the Nanming army burned the iron chain bridge. Zhang Yong ordered people to build a bridge overnight, which enabled the army to cross the river at dawn. Later, Erut Mongolia asked to move to Xiltara, where the water plants are lush. Zhang Yong thought that Xiltara was located in a key area and was not suitable for grazing here, so he personally went to persuade. After Erut Mongolia shelved this matter, Zhang Yong went to court again and requested to establish a permanent city in Siletara.
After Gu Yong City (now Gansu Folk Music) was established, Zhang Yong set up eight camps outside the city, which were connected with each other to show unity. 1665 (the fourth year of Kangxi), Erut Mongolia migrated to the vicinity of Gansu. Zhang Yong's request to increase the number of horses stationed in Xining was approved by Emperor Kangxi. 1673 (in the 12th year of Kangxi), Wu Sangui, king of the day, fought against the Qing Dynasty in Yunnan, and Wu Zhimao, commander-in-chief of Sichuan, responded. 1674 (13th year of Kangxi), Wu Sangui sent an envoy to Zhang Yong. Catch the emissary, play in the imperial court, and supervise and protect the Shaanxi satrap king. 1675 (in the 14th year of Kangxi), Huashan, the governor of Gansu Province, said, "Wang responded to Wu Sangui, and Xifan Tuhui also took the opportunity to make an insurrection. Hexi failed because of Zhang Yong. Please give him the power to act cheaply. " Emperor Kangxi appointed Zhang Yong as General Jing Inverse. Before long, he beheaded the emissary king and made him a king.
Later, Wang and Pan Ya and Zeng captured (now Lintan, Gansu) and Hezhou (now Linxia, Gansu), and Fanzu took the opportunity to plunder Hexi. So he led the army to attack Hezhou and ordered the local official Yang to attack. Zeng and Pan Jun failed one after another. In June, attack (now Gansu Longxi), defeat, the king's department. At this point, Wu Sangui sent Wu Zhimao to the north to support Wang and station troops in Xihe River. Zhenwu general Zhang Yong and Xining company commander Wang Jinbao led the army to resist, and all three wars won. In December, Ningxia mutiny, the prefect Chen Fu was killed. 1676 (15th year of Kangxi), Zhang Yong recommended Zhao Liangdong, the company commander of Tianjinwei, and Emperor Kangxi appointed Zhao Liangdong as the magistrate of Ningxia. Soon, with the help of recovering Taohe two states, Zhang Yong sealed Shaobao and Taizi Taibao.
In March, Zhang Yong defeated Wu Zhimao at 18 Panpo and recovered Tongwei. Wu Zhimao retreated to Lemen, occupied dangerous places, set up eleven camps, and took advantage of the instability of the Qing army to attack. Zhang Yong and Commander-in-Chief Ye He attacked the north and south and defeated the rebels with firearms. Wu Zhimao gathered the remnants of the army, fought again and was defeated by Zhang Yong. He had to flee overnight and was defeated twice in Peony Garden and Beishan. In June, the university governor Pingliang, Wang surrendered. Zhang Yong recovered Pingliang, Qingyang, Changgong and other counties, and waited for a while, adding Shaofu and Prince Taishi. 1678 (in the 17th year of Kangxi), Taji galdan in Junggar invaded the Hetao Plain, and suffered a heavy defeat in the Erut Department. As a result, Zhang Yong expelled him from the Great Wall. 1682 (the 21st year of Kangxi), Zhang Yong went to Beijing to appear before the court. 1683 (22nd year of Kangxi), Zhang Yong resigned on the grounds of an old illness and was left in Beijing.
1684 (twenty-third year of Kangxi), Qinghai Mongolian nomadic to the border town. Zhang Yong led the army to defend Danshan and was seriously ill when he arrived in Ganzhou.
